Delivery and reception<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Products ordered by the Buyer under these terms will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer as the delivery address on the order (\u201cDelivery Address\u201d).<\/span><\/span> The sales contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the order by clicking on the “Confirm payment” button.<\/span><\/span> We consider that the buyer has fully accepted the content, the order terms and especially these terms, that the order entails an obligation to pay the amount for the selected product and that the buyer approves the prices, content, properties, quantities and delivery time of the products sold and ordered.<\/span><\/span> MR88 cannot guarantee that the information stated on the products’ packaging is translated into all languages in the EU.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

When will I receive my package?<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

When your order is shipped, you always receive an email containing a tracking link so you can easily track your package.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

Can I change\/cancel my Order?<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

We cannot adjust an order that has already been placed (sent).<\/span><\/span> If your order has not been sent yet, we can try to cancel it.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Please contact us directly if you would like us to try to cancel your order.<\/span><\/span> If you have purchased your products at MR88 and for some reason regretted it, you can return your products no later than 14 days<\/strong> after you received them.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You are then responsible for the shipping costs yourself.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For the return to be approved, the products must be unopened and unused.<\/span><\/span> Attach the order number and reason for the return in your package.<\/span><\/span> Once we have received your return and approved it, we will refund you for the returned products, using the same payment method you chose.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

It can take between 4-14 working days.<\/span><\/span> If it is not approved, you will receive an email regarding this.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
